In 2023-2024, Chanel had the role of Delivery Lead to help Norwegian Air Shuttle on starting their ground handling business with human resource management, workforce planning, system implementation and integration of Employee master data, Time & Absence (T&A) and payroll calculation included overtime and shift allowance compensation based on the employee’s contract type(FTE) in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP payroll using SAP integration center and Microsoft BizTalk for both Denmark and Norway employees.
Right before she started this company, she worked as an Azure technical specialist in Microsoft Denmark, the key technical leader, trusted advisor and influencer in shaping customer decisions to buy, architect and adopt Microsoft Application Development solutions in Denmark.
She was helping Microsoft to win cloud application development opportunities by demonstrating strong subject matter expertise in the application development space including serverless, containers, microservices, DevOps etc. and by positioning Azure as the platform of choice.
She was influencing Microsoft customers using the Microsoft Application Development platform’s go-to-market strategies by providing feedback to sales, marketing, and engineering on current and future product requirements and sales blockers.
Chanel is a fast learner, very analytical and curious professional, who likes to challenge herself, which she displayed while juggling with many clients and projects simultaneously at Norwegian Air Shuttle, SITA Workbridge A/S, and Vertica A/S.
